The Automobile Club of Missouri is seeking a Claims Representative II. This position is based in Little Rock, Arkansas and handles Homeowner claims involving property lines of insurance written in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

The primary functions include inspection, investigation, evaluation and negotiating of Homeowner claims. Employing discretion and independent judgment to ensure compliance with state and federal law and with established company, technical and customer service Best Practices. Evaluate and determine claim values upon receipt and assessment of property.

Verify and interpret/resolve coverage by gathering necessary information to ensure policy applicability. Coordinate with internal and external departments as required.

Four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Ability to service claims of moderate to high complexity.

Moderate computer and line of business technical software skills required. Advanced organization and planning skills required. Advance interpersonal skills required.

Requires physical ability to inspect claims in the field with the ability to climb roof, and work outside in all types of weather conditions. Requires moderate computer and line of business technical software skills, organization, and planning recognition skills. Valid driver's license with level of financial responsibility required by the Club and an acceptable motor vehicle record required for field positions.
