Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Claims Operations Administrator to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our Resolution Associate Program branch operations. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities that contribute to the overall success of the program, from coordinating branch communications to managing documentation and providing essential support to our program and external branch leadership teams. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can navigate a dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on process improvement and effective communication.
How you'll make an impact
Key Attributes and Responsibilities:
Lead all activities related to branch operations with minimal supervision
Manage an intricate onboarding process by handling incoming communications, setting up system security and facilitating equipment and access approvals for incoming candidates
Demonstrate a steadfast dedication to accuracy across all tasks, with a clear sense of accountability for precise data capture, process implementation and communications
Uphold clear communication channels by answering branch calls and emails and maintaining up-to-date program records
Actively participate in the evolution of RA program processes, ensuring they remain relevant and effective
Embrace updated processes and methodologies, contributing to continuous process improvement
Showcase exceptional time management skills, adeptly balancing a variety of tasks and prioritizing them according to urgency and impact
About You
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Strong ability to adapt to evolving processes and technologies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in time management and prioritization of tasks
Work Traits:
A proactive and self-driven approach, coupled with a strong commitment to fostering continuous improvement and the maturation of the Resolution Associate Program
Above average verbal and written communication skills, as well as, demonstrated competence in use of business office software tools
Ability to professionally interact with all levels of branch personal
Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work
A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
