Claims Data Integration Engineer

Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY As a leader in end-to-end population health management solutions and services, we are continuing to grow our talented software development team. We are currently looking for full-time Claims Data Integration Engineer to join our experienced team.

The Claims Data Analyst will work as part of an agile team in the planning, ingestion and processing of medical claims-based data. The analyst will ensure proper mapping and validation of data. The ideal candidate will have development experience using Microsoft technologies and an insatiable appetite to learn and grow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Inspection of medical claims files for mapping into Enterprise Data Warehouse Mapping and translation of claim files for normalization and use in downstream calculations Assist in translating claim data to intuitive analytics. Creation of data quality reports Research required data Gathering requirements and specifications from the end-users Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL Work in an agile development team environment Prepare documentations and specifications Interface with internal and external clients ​ QUALIFYING JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Required skills:

Minimum 1 years’ experience with SQL programming Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Detail oriented Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Healthcare data experience such as: Knowledge of claims data Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and MSSP experience Desired skills: Knowledge of SQL and performance tuning Working in an Agile environment Git, SourceTree Comfortable with documentation and creating workflow diagrams EDUCATION College or University degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or a related discipline
