R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Claims Analyst in our Wilmington , OH Service Center. The analyst position within the Claims department manages all aspects of the cargo claim files they process. This will include but not limited to, reviewing the claim paperwork, data entry, determining our level of liability or packaging concerns that may need to be addressed. Interaction with the Customer, Sales, and the Operations team will take place electronically and verbally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review claim paperwork

• data entry

• Answering phone calls on multi-line system

Minimum Requirements:

• Verbal, written, skills necessary to effectively communicate with the Customer and various members of our Internal team.

• Ability to initiate conversation with the claimant or individuals internally and possess a "quick on your feet" mentality. • Self-motivated; able to work independently or as a part of a team

• High level of proficiency in the use of internal programs

• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager
