Position Description

E-J is seeking a Claims Administrator in our LIC office, reporting to and working closely with the Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance. The ideal candidate possesses natural organizational skills, has a strong professional foundation, and enjoys taking initiative. The day-to-day responsibilities would entail:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of company-related claims, including preparing responses to legal requests, subpoenas, etc.

• Attending Claim Review meetings

• Managing Claim Loss Runs

• Interfacing with various levels of personnel

• Creating and managing claim and compliance files both electronic and hard copy

• Attending claim meetings

• Ensuring accurate Compliance related documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience (a plus, but not required)

• Highly motivated team player

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly

• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

Annual salary range:

$60,000 - $75,000
