As a claims administrative support specialist, you'll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and one year of administrative or clerical support experience
Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education
Proficiency using office equipment
Proven organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
Customer service and follow-up skills
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm. Training will be held in the office. After training you'll work a hybrid schedule where you'll alternate weeks working in office and from home. As circumstances change, like the situation with COVID evolves, you'll transition to 100% in office once we are ready to open our offices.
This position will be based in office and is not eligible for work from home at this time.
