Civil/Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to support Projects. The candidate will need to travel domestically about 10% of the time and will be required to work onsite with opportunities for overtime hours. The ideal candidate will facilitate civil and structural installations, provide expert assistance in reviewing product and equipment submittals, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)

• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA requirements

• Knowledge of prevailing building codes and professional industry standards (IBC, NEC, NESC, NFPA, AMCA, ARI, AWS, ASHRAE, FM)

• Experience with equipment factory testing, delivery, installation, and commissioning

• Proficiency in conducting work progress inspections and construction administration activities

Soft Skills

• Effective communication in written and verbal formats

• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently

• Strong project management and prioritization skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 95 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Liberty, North Carolina.

Work Environment

The candidate will work onsite and must be willing to travel domestically about 10% of the time. The position includes opportunities for overtime hours.
