Fast Growing South Florida Based GC Established pipeline with the intention of growing and gaining more projects About Our Client This Miami Based GC is a leading firm specializing in civil and roadway construction projects in the vibrant Miami area. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our diverse range of civil and roadway construction projects. Job Description Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of civil and roadway construction projects, including site preparation, grading, drainage, paving, and infrastructure improvements.

Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and expenditure tracking. Review and approve invoices and change orders.

Schedule Oversight: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion. Quality Control:

Ensure that all work meets industry standards, building codes, and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues that arise. Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks. Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Resolve conflicts and address any issues that impact project performance. Team Management:

Supervise and coordinate the efforts of construction teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of civil construction processes, roadway design, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving:
