Civil Site Work Superintendent Position Summary:

The Civil Site Work Superintendent coordinates daily subcontractor activities and RHW field operations. Specialized in site work layout, earth moving operations and underground utilities. The superintendent works is parallel with the project team to manage schedule, budget, and safe work operations

Hiring Requirements for Civil Site Work Superintendent:

  • High School diploma or equivalent technical training and/or related experience required.

  • Minimum five years of leadership experience in underground, utility construction and earthwork.

  • Knowledge of general and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means, methods, materials, line and grade, survey methods, and cost control procedures.

  • Demonstrate proficient management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.

  • OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).

  • Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
