Bedford, NH Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 DOE (full suite of benefits, annual bonus, hybrid work schedule) POSITION SUMMARY: One of New Hampshire's most highly respected Engineering firms is looking to expand their Civil team with the addition of a seasoned Project Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely well versed within Land Development and has a strong background managing high level projects . If this sounds like you, please read on DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage work loads and development of Land Development projects • Develop Site/Civil Engineering plans and specifications for a variety of projects • Prepare and support the design and permitting of documents • Prepare and review drawings and specification document designs • Support the design team and Junior Engineers as needed • Monitor financial reports of projects • Attend client meetings, job site walk throughs, and other in person meetings • Perform other tasks as needed EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field • EIT is Required at a minimum, PE License is ideal • 5 years Land Development experience • 3 years Project Management experience is a big plus, but not required • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal permits • Proficient with AutoCAD • Must be willing to come to the office 4 days a week If interested in being considered for this role, please apply here or email a.fawcettexecusource.com to learn more FA123
