In this Project Manager role, you will manage multiple projects with contract values ranging from $1M-$20M. Projects include large residential infrastructure and arterial roadway construction projects for public and private entities. Primary focus will be to ensure that budget, project personnel and production schedule is completed in compliance with Owner expectations, contract specifications and Company standards.

You will be asked to develops and manage the project schedule, pay estimates, project procedures, staffing requirements, and equipment resources needed to complete accurate and timely project production, and you will oversee the engineering and scheduling teams to identify and negotiate any proposed change orders, engaging executives for support as needed. What You Need for this Position: 5 years Experience in Civil Construction and/or Engineering Consulting Firm Sitework, Earthwork, Utilities, and Stormwater Drainage Experience - Preferred 2 Years Project Manager Experience Bachelor's Degree Valid Driver's License What's In It for You: Base Salary : $100K - $130K DOE Bonuses Hybrid/Flexible Work Schedule Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Match Allowances : Cell, Truck, Gas Card PTO, Company Paid Holidays, Flexible Sick-Leave Policy Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
