The Civil Project Manager will have at least five years of experience managing the land development and permitting process for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in the following areas:
Managing the land development process
Working with budgets, contracts and project scopes
Successful project execution
Knowledge of regulatory agency and permitting processes
Client & People management
Experience managing projects in PA required
Professional Engineer licensed in PA a plus
Proficiency with Civil3D software a plus
Responsibilities:
Managing commercial, residential, industrial and institutional land development projects of various types and scales
Building and maintaining high quality client relationships
Managing project proposals, budgets, scopes and schedules
Contract management
Leading the required federal, state and municipal permitting processes
Overseeing project execution from pre to post construction
Oversees QA/QC process
Coordinates tasks for project team and delegates items as necessary
Coordination with subcontractors
Serves as a mentor
