Direct Hire Job 19607 Our client, a Maine-based full-service engineering, survey, GIS, and natural resources consulting firm in its 144th year of business, is seeking to add a Civil Project Engineer/Manager to their growing team. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a dynamic, high performing team with a reputation for knowledgeable, quality service and long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field 4-8 years' engineering experience preferred Professional Engineer - licensed in Maine or with the ability to gain a Maine license within 1 year Experience designing projects including roads/highways, renewable (solar/wind) sites, commercial development sites, and subdivisions. Experience in stormwater modeling and regulatory permitting preferred Proficient in client interaction with ability to maintain project schedules and budgets Experienced in business development, proposal writing, and scope/budget & schedule preparation Comfortable participating in teams to execute projects Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Position requires occasional travel ProSearch was established in Portland, Maine in 1994 to provide companies with a full range of search, staffing and contracting services, specializing in the functional areas of information technology, accounting and finance, sales and marketing, customer service, human resource and office support utilizing a consultative approach.
