Location: Irvine
$175K - $200K You will have an opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team on meaningful, landmark projects in the Orange County region.Background in Land Use Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources and Public Works.Demonstrated ability to market company services and develop business in the greater Orange County area.10+ years of experience in the land development field as a Manager managing staff and projects.Evaluate and develop all civil design from schematic design through constructionIdentify potential issues and present solutionsPlan, schedule, manage, design, and produce civil/site development documentsEngage in the full depth of the practice including project delivery, management, operations, and business developmentMA Degree in City/Regional Planning, BLA in Landscape Architecture or BS in Civil Engineering, plus a California PE, PLA or AICP.Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D softwareWorking knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
