Civil Engineering Intern

Job Description Job Description Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and work with upper level staff to complete project components.

Research project information in house and at various governmental agencies. Perform administrative tasks related to project completion, including submittals to city, county jurisdictions, utilities, subconsultants, etc. Use AutoCAD / Softdesk to prepare exhibits, general drafting, and civil designs.

Field work may include percolation testing, construction observation and field measurements. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BS in Civil Engineering Pursuing a career in Land Development Civil Engineering Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS software applications a plus.

Familiarity with hydrology and hydraulic analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff and management.
