Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and execute diverse engineering projects.
- Guide project teams on municipal and private ventures, spanning roads, sewers, water mains, and more.
- Collaborate in project planning meetings.
- Contribute to business development and marketing efforts.
- Navigate project-related permits and zoning requirements.
- Drive project success by meeting timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Foster client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan preferred.
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
- Self-motivated, adept at teamwork or solo endeavors.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Suite.
