Civil Engineer - Project Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing family-owned business, is looking for a skilled Professional Engineer to join their team as a Project Manager for their water resource division.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about civil engineering and eager to advance their careers with a reputable organization. Position Responsibilities: Design and oversee site/land development engineering projects from concept to completion.

Develop and review project proposals to ensure they meet client needs. Manage the project team by prioritizing workloads and ensuring project deliverables are met or exceeded. Implement effective stormwater management strategies and solutions.

Coordinate resources, including labor and equipment, to support project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Key Job Functions:

Apply design standards to create innovative engineering solutions. Prepare plans for permitting and construction of land development projects which include design, layout, grading, drainage, and E & S controls. Coordinate and maintain projects Conduct field surveys and inspections to gather necessary data for engineering projects.

Prepare and deliver technical reports, proposals, and project updates. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field Proficiency in design software and tools AutoCAD, Civil 3D knowledge of Microstation, inroads design a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
