What would you be doing?
As a pivotal member of our North American Infrastructure Team, you’ll be instrumental in designing and developing resilient and sustainable civil engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Design & Development: Create resilient civil engineering solutions from concept to construction, focusing on adaptability and long-term sustainability.
Documentation: Collaborate on and develop reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner to meet client requirements.
Modeling & Optimization: Utilize Civil3D, perform design optimizations, quantity evaluations, and clash detections.
Lead: Drive projects forward, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction while developing your project management skills.
Coordination: Partner with internal and external experts across various disciplines, including geotechnical engineering, transportation planning, and environmental engineering.
Advisory: Collaborate with a diverse team of experts from fields such as Economics, Sustainability, Mobility, Energy, and Public Engagement to develop holistic solutions that address complex infrastructure challenges and drive positive change for our clients and communities.
What qualifications we’re looking for:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Experience: 2-4 years in civil engineering projects.
Licensing: EIT required; PE license or progression towards PE desired
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Civil3D, GIS, and AutoCAD.
Core Knowledge: Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, utility design, grading, and earthwork.
Commitment to Sustainability: Dedication to sustainable and green infrastructure practices.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work independently and drive interdisciplinary projects.
What we offer:
Salary range of $82,000 to $95,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
