Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing every aspect from inception to completion. Your ability to juggle multiple projects will be crucial.

• Team Management: Mentor and lead junior engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.

• Permitting and Applications: Navigate the regulatory landscape with finesse, assembling applications and securing necessary permits.

• Design Oversight: Utilize your CAD expertise to ensure impeccable design execution.

• Agency Communication: Interact directly with agencies, advocating for project success.

Top Skills:

• Civil Engineering Expertise: You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in site/civil projects, including land development, zoning review, permitting, grading, drainage, and landscaping design.

• CAD Mastery: AutoCAD is your playground; you effortlessly translate concepts into precise drawings.

• Project Ownership: You thrive when running your own show, taking projects from concept to reality.

• Local Savvy: Familiarity with Long Island and NYC projects is a major plus.
