This position will be located in our Energy Corridor office on the west side of Houston.
Comprehends and identifies issues and analyzes the situation to propose solutions.
Seeks out assistance for complex issues.
Little to no supervision required to apply standard correctly to civil design.
Initiates development of personal objectives aligned with those of the organization.
Complete as-builts by utilizing Request for Information (RFIs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and red-marked drawings from construction.
Communicates effectively with supervisor and members of immediate department
Associate degree or High School diploma + 2 years' experience as a minimum.
4-10 year minimum relevant experience in civil design of land development, roadway design and civil engineering related projects.
Strong technical background in general site civil design, drainage systems, grading and roads/paving.
Knowledgeable in multiple engineering design software. ACAD Civil 3D experience is a must.
Receives little to no instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignment from more experienced engineer. Receives guidance on high risk or advanced conditions.
Can provides guidance to less experienced engineers.
Adjusts to varying demands of work and performs well.
