As a Civil Designer, you will contribute to diverse engineering projects and collaborate with internal teams and clients. Your responsibilities include: Developing design concepts and collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Resolving project issues proactively with guidance from team members. Producing high-quality documents adhering to in-house drafting standards. Assisting in the creation and refinement of standards, templates, and best practices for the Civil Engineering Department.

Coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. Setting up projects following company standards and creating custom AutoCAD content when needed. Reviewing designs for accuracy, completeness, and quality.

Participating in process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance workflows and standards. About You: 1-15 years of experience in Civil Engineering design Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Civil 3d, HydroCAD, Bluebeam, or Infraworks An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field Ability to occasionally travel to sites Our Work Environment: We offer a professional yet relaxed atmosphere where challenging projects meet a supportive culture.
