Job Title: Civil Design Engineer

Job Description

In this 100% design role, you will be responsible for developing site/civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of projects. These include local developers, educational institutions, residential and multi-family projects. You'll conduct zoning and ordinance reviews, design sites including layout, grading, soil erosion, and stormwater management. You'll also be tasked with managing multiple projects throughout the approval process, interacting with clients and reviewing engineers to meet their requests. Your tasks will also involve using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD to perform slopes analysis, profile development, road corridors, set-up terrains and pipe networks, and grading.

Work Environment

The work environment is an office, part of a 3-person team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday in the office with a maximum of 40-45 hour work weeks. Work-life balance is very important to their firm.
