Are you looking for an opportunity that will give you an increase in skills and salary? A media company on the Main Line is looking for a Citrix Support Engineer to join the team. You will be working with a handful of technologies including Citrix, Windows Desktops and Servers, Office 365, VPNs etc. Projects will include upgrades to Windows Desktops 10 and Windows Servers 2016, Office 365 implementations and maintenance, and Citrix Support.
You will be supporting Citrix Engineers on projects including deploying applications using XenApp, XenDesktop and Netscaler Access Gateway.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years working on Windows Desktops 7, 8 and 10
At least one year working with Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop/NetScaler)
Windows Servers 2012, 2016
Office 365
VPNs
Powershell

Wipfli is looking for an Service Center Specialist II to sit in our Media, PA office to work directly with Wipfli associates and Partners to support and provision their technology needs. Responsibilities * Collaborate with Wipfli associates and partners to translate business needs into technology requirements. * Conduct technical research and fact gathering to support root cause analysis of problems, issues, or tasks assigned. * Responsible for provisioning/deprovisioning user hardware and accounts for Wipfli associates * Contributes to the creation of operating system images and software installation automation processes * Produce technical documentation for assigned tasks according to firm policies and procedures. * Participate in the preparation of the requirements and technical documentation for assigned tasks. * Resolve incidents or problems using established guidelines and procedures (typically under the direction of a more experienced engineer or manager). * Perform technical testing to ensure negative impacts have been mitigated. * Follow and suggest improvements for QA and change management procedures. Qualifications * Requires an Associate Degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and job related experience * A Bachelors Degree in IT or an IT related major would be preferred * Experience with imaging and software deployment systems like SCCM would be preferred * Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively * Ability to balance many projects simultaneously * Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines * Ability to observe, think critically, and demonstrate a rational thought process and linear thinking * Strong written and verbal skills are very important for this position * Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Wipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
