General Description

The SAP Ariba Citizen Developer is responsible for the management and continuous configuration of the Procure to Pay configuration of the S2P technology (Ariba) module, including its integration into the overall enterprise technology environment and the interaction with the end-to-end process. Identify opportunities and apply them to maintain a continuous improvement process of the system/module to meets business requirements. This is a functional role with a strategic focus which also requires technical capability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Ariba Procure to Pay module including the interdependencies of all Ariba modules and business requirements to deliver solutions to business needs.

• Resolve any issues between conflicting business requirements and system.

• Manage configuration changes process of requested functional changes, including prioritization of requests.

• Identify and lead execution of improvements to system functionality to continue to meet evolved business needs.

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of innovations and system enhancements driven by Ariba

• Work closely with the technology team to execute upgrades, integration changes and associated system testing

• Works with other members of the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to ensure that Ariba documentation standards are met, provide input into training development and provide Ariba functional knowledge to support reporting

• Develops and reports on key Ariba Module metrics to ensure solution availability, controls, configurations and data integrity.

• Gathers functional requirements & develops solutions to fit Business needs.

• Monitors and resolves technical issues related to module's interfaces and other matters.

• Communicate and work with the Ariba support team, internal IT or other units to resolve system and/or data related issues.

• Manages and controls all system module maintenance and tracking processes, issue resolution and escalation procedures.

• Develops & monitors KPIs for module administrators.

This Job has no supervisory responsibilities but in special circumstances may lead the work of others.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems

Experience

At least three years related experience in business analysis or project coordination.

• Excellent communication (written and oral) both in English and Spanish

• Experience creating ad-hoc reports and ability to analyze data for management reports

• Detail oriented with strong time and project management skills

• Excellent communication (i.e. verbal and written) and presentation skills. Must be able to write clearly and concisely in English.

• Advanced proficiency with MS office suite

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills

• Proven ability to work independently with little direction, along with being able to work effectively in as part of a team.
