Primary responsibilities include daily operational support UCC environments in the enterprise.
Project based engineering, installing and troubleshooting Cisco enterprise Telephony infrastructure and related environments. Additional requirements include creating and updating network documentation, network assessments and reporting results.
Assist with the design and install Cisco network equipment in support of enterprise-level VoIP architectures.
Assist with the design, install, management Cisco Call Manager 8.x, 9.x, Unity Connections, and associated Voice Applications to include UCCX, UCCE, ARC, AQM, CER and others.
SIP Trunking knowledge and experience provider-based as well as internal.
IP Telephony systems administration, configuration, and implementation
experience installing and advanced configuration on Cisco Call Manager platforms
experience with Cisco Unified Messaging and other UC applications
experience with Cisco routing, switching and wireless products
