Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
2+ years of experience in Claims management
2+ years of experience in systems and procedures analysis, information management analysis, or programming analysis which has included the application of both computer and non-computer-based information management systems to effect improvements in customer experience, operating efficiency, and workflow quality
PMP Certification
CSPO Product Owner/Product Manager Certification
Ongoing education in emerging technology including but not limited to Large Language Models, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence
Experience in claim handling in a variety of areas including but not limited to First Party Medical, Subrogation, Fraud Identification, Claim Financials, Claims Letters/Documents, and Claim Intake/Investigation.
Knowledge of project management frameworks including Scaled Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma
Knowledge and experience in personal or commercial lines claim handling workflows including casualty and physical damage
Experience in systems and procedures analysis, information management analysis, or programming analysis which has included the application of both computer and non-computer-based information management systems
Strong communication skills to foster relationships with a variety of stakeholders including management, vendors and other departments within GEICO
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex problems with the use of data to drive decision making and quantify outcomes of solutions implemented.

Annual Salary
$89,000.00 - $168,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
