you will join a team responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse interns, analysts and associates across our North America CIB businesses. This particular role focuses on MBA Investment Banking recruitment efforts. As the MBA Recruiting Lead, your main responsibilities will include: developing and executing a best in class MBA university talent acquisition strategy, managing target MBA school teams and managing the integral relationship with the students to ensure that we hire the best MBA entry-level talent. This role will develop and manage the employer brand on campus and the employment value proposition to attract and source top student candidates.
Develop and execute a comprehensive full-cycle MBA talent acquisition strategy
Manage MBA campus school teams and career services to facilitate the recruiting process
Formulate effective recruiting processes considering school nuances and hiring priorities
Produce school plans that encompasses the school engagement and brand development strategy
Pre-identify top talent by working through a school specific strategic events campaign
Drive a robust on-campus sell and keep warm process
Manage the lifecycle of the candidate during the engagement and attraction phases
Coordinate closely with Campus Marketing to ensure that we are maximizing our brand, driving innovation and have the latest event collateral
Analyze various university metrics to allow for a robust school selection model
Develop tools and standards to ensure best practices across our campus approach, including the execution of a direct placement model for candidates who receive an offer
Partner with school team captains to ensure that we communicate our results/hiring statistics, successes, challenges across the school teams ensuring transparency with a view for continual improvement
Work to ensure that we are well connected and networked with the firm's diversity strategies and key organizations (BLF, HLF, ABL, etc.)
Manage early identification programs for MBA candidates
3 years minimum experience in similar high volume recruiting position; experience recruiting MBA candidates is desirable
Demonstrated history of developing highly successful innovative approaches to university recruiting in a competitive environment
Manage on-campus recruiting efforts including: executing to goals/school mandates/diversity plans and facilitating high quality event operations, partnering with internal teams to deploy strategic sourcing for the organisation
Proven ability to build and cultivate relationships with the university community, including faculty, career services, and key student organizations
Ability to maintain relationships with affinity networks, serving as the liaison for these groups with campus recruiting to help ensure candidates are incorporated in the recruiting process.
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage internal school teams and manage consistent and efficient processes to achieve required results
Manage and coach candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle
Ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines and deliver quality output
Drive and energy which engages those involved in recruiting; sense of urgency
Clear success with on-time delivery of quality results, sometimes with limited timeframes
Proven relationship management skills across all levels and within the team
Strong presentation skills in large and small group settings
High level of personal initiative, focus, resourcefulness and accountability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility, organization and attention to detail in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate appropriate decision-making and leverage feedback
Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively
Travel is required for on-campus recruiting events
During periods of high volumes the full team will be assigned projects and/or tasks to ensure the smooth running of key initiatives.
