Chrysler Certified Master Technician Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on FCA/Stellantis vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and standards.

• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently and accurately.

• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and provide clear explanations to customers.

• Install genuine FCA/Stellantis parts and accessories, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Keep accurate records of performed services and repairs, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.

• Stay up to date with the latest FCA/Stellantis technologies, service bulletins, and industry advancements through continuous training and professional development.

Qualifications

Chrysler Certified Master Technician Qualifications

• Valid FCA Level 3 Certification is required.

• Previous experience as a MOPAR technician or equivalent training in automotive technology.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a thorough understanding of Jeep vehicle systems and components.

• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to MOPAR FCA/Stellantis vehicles.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
