The Opportunity:

  • Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Fridays from 10-7 and Saturdays 10-5

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.

  • Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.

  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.

  • Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.

  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.

  • Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.

  • Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.

  • Analyze x-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.

  • Patient chiropractic care and education

Qualifications needed:

  • 4 year bachelor degree from accredited college

  • A doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college

  • Passing scores for Parts I,II,III and IV from NCBE

  • A recent NBCE SPEC exam is acceptable alternative for Part IV

  • Valid DC license in applicable state

  • Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in applicable state

This includes the development, analysis and implementation of the staffing, training, payroll hours and scheduling of team members. * Manages workforce productivity, efficiency and process improvement projects and initiatives. * Responsible for holding team members accountable for compliance with established sales, safety and security practices and procedures in conjunction with local, state and federal regulations. * Ensures the completion of departmental zoning and adherence to department, store and Company standards. * Responsible for supervising the execution of various assignments as delegated by the Store Director in Playbook. * Actively participates in floor walks with Regional Vice President, District Manager, and Store Director and creates an implementation plan to make changes based on feedback provided in store walks. * Audits firearm sales in compliance with federal and state law, including properly completing ATF Form 4473 and conducting background checks, and signs off as final approver. * Required to complete Firearms Sales Certification training. * Successful completion of Academy Leadership University. * Provides supervisory oversight to the team member talent lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, developing and coaching team members. * Required to learn, understand and enforce company policies, procedures and safety rules. * Adheres to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules applicable to management-level employees. * Duties may change and Logistics Manager may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
