The Opportunity:

  • Full time or Part time opportunities

  • Competitive Salary -$75k-$107k

  • Company paid malpractice insurance

  • $2500 Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.

  • Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.

  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.

  • Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.

  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.

  • Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.

  • Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.

  • Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.

  • Patient chiropractic care and education

  • Building positive doctor-patient relationships

  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient records

  • Sales of membership packages

Qualifications needed:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college

  • A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college

  • Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE

  • A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV

  • Valid DC license in the applicable state

  • Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state

This position is utilized to foster interactive development of an external candidate for the Store Manager role and is to be held for a limited period.</p><p>DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p><ul><li><p>Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.</p></li><li><p>Assist with store merchandising by facilitating and/or participating in staging, stocking and storage of merchandise; ensuring that merchandise is presented according to established practices and store manager direction; and properly utilizing merchandise fixtures, signing and pricing of merchandise.</p></li><li><p>Assist in all aspects of inventory management (including proper execution of damages, markdowns, register scanning, paperwork and facility controls); prepare and conduct inventories.</p></li><li><p>Follow prescribed ordering practices to ensure the meeting or exceeding of in-stock targets.</p></li><li><p>Provide superior customer service leadership.</p></li><li><p>Act as a role model by following company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook, SOP manual and company communications.</p></li><li><p>Participate in store opening and closing activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the safe deposit of all company funds in the designated bank.</p></li><li><p>Assist in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through strict cashier accountability, key control and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the maintenance of clean, well-stocked stores;
