Children's Team Ministry Coordinator

The Ministry Coordinator will lead Children's special event planning for all campuses and will provide logistical and administrative support for specific campuses as assigned.

Essential Position Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with the Children's campus staff to plan special events for all campuses including KidSplash, Rooted, 5th Grade Celebration, Christmas Joy, Meal Pack, family events, special weekend services, and volunteer recruiting and training events.

• Champion essential processes for the Children's team, including safety and security, check-in/check out, emergency procedures and staff and volunteer training and help troubleshoot these areas with campus teams.

• Assist with administrative support for specific campuses as needed with duties such as: coordinating weekend staff schedules, assisting with onboarding and training of new staff, assisting with the renewal process for volunteer background checks, working with staff and volunteers to plan, purchase and maintain pre-service activity stations for all environments, working with staff and volunteers to make sure that environments are prepared for weekend services and special events, following up on any issues from Sunday services, and recruiting and training speciality volunteers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Childrens team across campuses.

• Assist with follow up on details of team meetings.

• Lead in weekend Children's environments where needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The schedule for this position is Sunday - Thursday.
