This non-clinical role is responsible for maintaining an efficient program for patient care.
Contributes to the strategic management of the departments by working collaboratively with physicians assessing the needs of the community and submitting proposals to meet those needs while complying with State and Federal regulations. Daily attention to patient and physician needs, data collection and cost containment management are expected.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or closely related field and five to seven years of work related experience. Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing varioius analysis, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
