Children's Fitness And Multi-Sports Coach

One of the nation's fastest-growing franchises is in search of experienced coaches, teachers, and/or fitness professionals with a passion for making significant contributions to children's educational, emotional and physical development.

Amazing Athletesof Bergen County coaches bring our multi-sport classes to pre-schools, parks, birthday parties and pods within Bergen County. Therefore, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is absolutely essential. This also allows for great flexibility for our coaches, and is perfectly suited for already-employed coaches who are looking to fill 2-3 hours in the morning or afternoon

Positions are part-time (5-20 hours) and pay $20/hour with bonuses tied to increasing and maintaining enrollment numbers. Students are 2 1/2-6 years of age, classes are 35 minutes, and are typically between 9am-12 and 3-5pm. (Additional Sales opportunities exist, should coaches look to develop new schools.) The only "sales" that is required is in the consistent, energetic, positive and fun-filled delivery of the professionally-developed curriculum

Requirements

Additional requirements include organization, patience, the establishment of friendly and positive relationships with parents and school employees, an outgoing personality. Successful classes require loud, happy, focused instruction, both verbally and physically and fast physical movement and setting up equipment.
