We provide outpatient mental health services in Bayville, Manahawkin, Point Pleasant, and Toms River offering affordable, comprehensive, and easily accessible behavioral health care. Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Greet consumers
• Organize and schedule appointments in person and via telehealth, following up with consumers as need
• Maintain professional contacts list
• Maintain excel filing system for information not kept in EMR through data entry
• Print and mail secure letters on behalf of clinical programs/staff
• Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries regarding Children’s programming and updates

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communications skills
