Job Overview The head teacher is a member of the teaching team who shares responsibility with the assistant teacher for the care and education of an assigned group of children.# The head teacher is responsible for implementing#The Creative Curriculum#along with its system of assessment and documentation; supervising children; communicating with parents; providing a healthy and safe environment for children that encourages social emotional, physical, cognitive and language development based on the Reggio Approach.# The head teacher is responsible for completing all necessary documentation for NAEYC Accreditation.
