Our program serves preschool children 6 weeks - 12 years of age. Programs include, Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care and Summer Camp.

This position interacts daily with and Assistant Teacher, children, parents, the management team, and teaching staff just to name a few.

What are the requirements for this job?

  • Bachelor's in early childhood preferred

  • 1 year of exp. in a licensed childcare preferred

VIEW JOBS 1/11/2023 12:00:00 AM 2023-04-11T00:00 <p>Javan Engineering has an opening at a client site for a <strong>Supply Chain Manager</strong>.</p><p>The <strong>Supply Chain Manager</strong> encompasses work across all the strategic business functions including supply chain, manufacturing, Outside Packing (3PM), research & development, and commercial segments of the business. This position will report to the Operations Director and has a close working relationship with the Distribution Director and the Procurement Manager.</p><p>This role will be responsible for the supply chain operations working in partnership with the business functions. They will provide strategic guidance relative to supply chain functions including S&OP, procurement, inventory management, SC Analytics/Reporting, and third-party manufacturing partnerships.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process. Specifically, demand planning, inventory management & aligning w/ production scheduling to meet customer demand and optimize working capital.</li><li>Implementation of best-in-class supply chain tools to optimize E2E data visibility and proper management of supply, demand, and inventory balances</li><li>Implementation of demand management process to proactively manage the overall supply & demand</li><li>Manage the execution of all contracts with vendors / suppliers and 3PM activities in the region including volume and price negotiations.</li><li>Work in partnership with President and Finance to support the creation of annual supply chain budgets and supply strategy</li><li>Work as strategic project management leader for key assigned business activities related to supply chain optimization.</li><li>Lead the coordination of information flow and to achieve required due dates, timelines, and project commitments.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Constant balance of product availability versus inventory levels requires process excellence in forecasting and planning.</li><li>Global & regional governmental legislation affects quotas and import/export allowances and a full understanding of how we adhere to these yet maximize revenue is key to the role’s success.</li><li>Provides strategic guidance on key strategic project initiatives.</li><li>Role requires travel up to 25% of time.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>BA or BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Supply Chain fields. MBA is desirable.</li><li>10-15 years of experience in the chemical / Pharma and manufacturing industry working in multiple areas of Manufacturing and Supply Chain.</li><li>Proven experience working along with other functions such as Commercial, Research, Accounting, Finance and Human Resources.</li><li>Excellent project management skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to Develop and execute the use of project planning and scheduling tools.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to implement best in class Supply Chain tools (i.e.: S&OP, IBP, Dynamics ERP)</li><li>Prior experience with leading organization design efforts, working in partnership with Human Resources.</li><li>The demonstrated ability to operate at the conceptual level while able to routinely work at the detailed level.</li><li>The demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and concepts to those not attuned to the details of supply chain with the ability to lead change in an organizational structure.</li><li>Capable of working independently while leading people at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proven leadership skills and talents development.</li><li>Strategic thinker with competency in execution of Supply Chain and Business strategy.</li><li>Manage complexity efficiently within all areas of the business, working a matrix environment.</li><li>Decision maker process through analytical and business experience. Must earn and maintain a reputation for doing all analysis and recommendations in a non-biased way, basing his/her output on facts.</li><li>Effective in negotiation.
