As a Center Director, You Will:

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in early childhood education.
• State-specific Director qualifications for New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, though an Associate degree or CDA will be considered.
