The Little Bricks Team Members goal is to provide world class customer service to members, guests and the children in Little Bricks. The Little Bricks Team Member is a vital connection to our members and plays an important role in ensuring our brand promise of Helping Members Feel Comfortable, especially comfortable enough to care for their loved ones.

Little Bricks Team Member is responsible for providing a fun safe environment and maintaining the Little Bricks area. They also need to aid in the development and execution of all activities and policies set forth by the Team Leader. The LB Team Member understands the importance of anticipating members needs and exceeding their expectations to help create raving fans. The Little Bricks Team Member is a part of a team consisting of many other departments within the club and is under the supervision of the Little Bricks Team Leader and Operations Manager

Duties include but are not limited to:

Supervising and engaging with the children while in the room.

Cleaning the Little Bricks area and toys.

Interacting positively with parents.

Using creativity and available supplies to initiate activities.

Working within the safety guidelines as set.

Enforcing policies as set.

Cleaning duties as assigned by the club leadership team, including but not limited to, cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting work out equipment, group fitness studios, work stations, locker rooms and restrooms.

Assisting in general club duties as needed.

The Rights, Policy &amp; IP Enforcement Directorate supports holders of all IP rights by aiming to reduce infringement of those rights by making public policy and operational interventions.</p><p>The IPOs Intelligence &amp; Law Enforcement Partnerships team plays a key part in this, with nationally trained and accredited staff working to provide intelligence on criminal IP infringement in support of law enforcement agencies, other government departments and our industry partners.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as the Head of Intelligence Analysis, where youll work alongside our leads on intelligence and partnership engagement, applying an intelligence-led, harm focussed approach to tackling IP crime &amp; infringement.</p><p>If you are considering applying for this role, you may also be interested in applying for our new Head of Intelligence role.</p><p>Candidates who apply for both roles and who are successful at sift for both roles will be able to undertake a streamlined interview process covering the essential criteria for both roles.</p><p>Working location</p><p>The IPOs preferred working arrangement is hybrid, where staff are currently expected to attend the office 1 day per week, or equivalent if part-time, on-site at our Newport office.</p><p>However, we recognise that this is a hard to fill role which may not require attendance as often, so in exceptional circumstances a homeworking contract may be available. Should you be eligible for homeworking, travel will be paid for if there is a business requirement to attend the office.</p><p>Occasional travel to meetings and events around the UK, and sometimes overseas, may also be required.</p><p>Job description</p><p>The successful candidate will:</p><ul><li><p>Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of the IPOs intelligence analysis function to support delivery of the IPOs strategic objectives.</p></li><li><p>Develop, implement, and oversee processes and procedures including for the sharing of sensitive data and analytical products, so that information is managed in accordance with all relevant legislation and policy.</p></li><li><p>Work in partnership with law enforcement agencies, other government departments, and industry partners to deliver a collaborative, intelligence-led, harm-focussed approach to the analysis of IP crime &amp; infringement at an operational, tactical, and strategic level.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for providing advice, support and expertise across the IPO on all intelligence analysis-related matters.</p></li><li><p>The IPOs intelligence team has undergone a significant increase in capacity and capability over the last year. The Head of Intelligence Analysis will play a key role in developing this new resource, shaping our processes, ensuring we take an intelligence-led, harm-focussed, continuously improved approach in all of our analysis and ensuring that we coordinate our assessment of threat, risk and harm with our law enforcement partners within the SOC System Tasking framework, and other relevant national collaborative tasking and coordination forums.</p></li><li><p>In addition to the above duties, the post is part of the senior leadership team for the directorate, and the successful applicant will be expected to play a central role in developing a culture of inclusion and ambition, encouraging cross team working with policy teams in the directorate and wider IPO, and delivering a shared strategic vision.
