Child Well Being Specialist

Personnel Qualifications:

• All personnel must be able to successfully complete DHS suitability and background investigation processes.

• At least 50% of the CWB Specialists & Lead Specialists per sector must be bilingual (Spanish and English).

Requirements for the position:

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in behavioral health.

• Hold a full, current, and unrestricted license in one of the following or equivalent within the state(s) that they will be deployed within: Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Doctor level prepared psychologists (LP).

• 5+ years of working experience post full licensure in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care, and performing evaluations in direct engagement with children and their families, with work experience in a clinical or immigration setting strongly preferred.

• 2+ years of management experience leading and supervising staff.

• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment within a developing new program.
