Franklin Lakes K-8 public schools is searching for an additional staff member for its Child Study Team for the 2024-2025 school year. Ideal candidates will possess either a school psychologist or school social worker educational services certificate in New Jersey.

Focus will be on supporting teachers and students with social skills, mental health, peer relationships, etc. to provide support for general and special education students. This will include providing individual and group counseling services and consultative services with staff, while (if needed) handling a small caseload. Additional responsibilities may include acting as an anti-bullying specialist and assisting with testing accommodations and modifications. 10-month position with possible additional weeks during the summer.

Experience preferred. Anticipated start date: September 2024.
