Plans, organizes and directs the Child Life Program.# Provides emotional, social and developmental support to hospitalized children (including Pediatrics and NICU) and their families (including siblings).# Serves as a role model and communicates Child Life philosophy throughout the organization. EDUCATION/TRAINING:

Bachelor#s degree in Child Life, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Special Education or Therapeutic Recreation required.# Experience working with hospitalized children preferred. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current Child Life certification through the Association of Child Life Professionals.
