Child Care Teacher, Guaranteed Paid Time Off

Little Sprouts is currently seeking a Support Teacher to join our team in Hingham. Little Sprouts is a network of 39 New England Early Learning Centers that prioritizes employee experience. Our school director in Hingham carries several years of leadership experience and is a trusted and dedicated mentor.

Competitive Pay Range: $18-$24+ /per hour for EEC Certified Candidates.

A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE:

• Manage classroom daily needs to support your student's health and well-being.

• Communicate with families and caregivers in person and digitally.

• Foster an environment that promotes a love of learning by Implementing our child-focused educational approach, rooted in social-emotional learning, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) curriculum, and nature-based learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.

• EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review.

• Skilled in play-based learning approaches and social-emotional education.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.

• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.

• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
