Part-Time / Full-Time

Competitive pay * Program Managers $26-$30 per hour and Educators $20-25 per hour

Required upon employment: You will need to complete a NEW Fingerprint LIVE SCAN before the first day of employment, and a Health Certificate from your doctor with a completed TB Test. Other requirements/trainings will be required upon employment.Our Right At School site locations are located in the Fremont School District Schools

Youll drive the mission by:

  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  • Deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum to engage children in academic and social character building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children
  • Delivering quality enrichment programs for children using internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Developing and coaching a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
  • Working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Instilling the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork


Ideal Candidates will have the following:

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • A passion and drive that inspires a love for learning & the ability to engage children in learning activities in a fun and interactive way
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • College coursework in early childhood education, child development, or a related field
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements; Finger print LIVE SCAN, CPR/FA, Medical Certificate/TB test, Mandated Reporter training, COVID-19 vaccine

VIEW JOBS 9/30/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-12-29T00:00 <p>Peraton is seeking to fill a critical role for a full-time background investigator for our Risk Decision Group (RDG) at the Livermore, CA office. Applicants must reside within 15 miles from the city center of Livermore.</p><p>What you'll do:</p><p>The Investigator will be responsible for the following but not limited to:</p><ul><li><p>Conducting background investigations for the purpose of determining employment suitability of persons who require access to sensitive or classified U.S. Government information</p></li><li><p>The predominant casework is in support of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). Casework for other contracts will be assigned based on investigator performance and business need</p></li><li><p>Investigators will conduct face-to-face interviews with the subject and their neighbors, employers, friends, and family</p></li><li><p>Investigators will also perform record searches at police agencies, courthouses, educational and financial institutions, and medical/mental health facilities</p></li><li><p>Investigators report all obtained information in a clear and concise report on an issued government computer system</p></li></ul><p>Required qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Candidates with experience conducting DCSA/NBIB or other federal background investigations preferred; if there are no applicants with DCSA/NBIB experience, candidates with 4 years of general work experience or a bachelor's degree may be considered</p></li><li><p>Active federal security clearance with an SSBI is preferred; otherwise candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable decision on a DCSA investigation, to include 10+ years of history comprising items such as residence, education, employment, financial, medical, and personal records</p></li><li><p>U.S. citizenship</p></li><li><p>Must reside within the stated mileage requirement</p></li><li><p>A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. May use public transportation if available and practical. Driving is an essential function of the job and Motor Vehicle Records may be checked as part of the hiring process or at any time during employment.
