Part-Time / Full-Time

Competitive pay * Program Managers $26-$30 per hour and Educators $20-25 per hour

Required upon employment: You will need to complete a NEW Fingerprint LIVE SCAN before the first day of employment, and a Health Certificate from your doctor with a completed TB Test. Other requirements/trainings will be required upon employment.Our Right At School site locations are located in the Fremont School District Schools

Youll drive the mission by:

  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  • Deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum to engage children in academic and social character building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children
  • Delivering quality enrichment programs for children using internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Developing and coaching a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
  • Working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Instilling the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork

Requirements

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • A passion and drive that inspires a love for learning & the ability to engage children in learning activities in a fun and interactive way
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • College coursework in early childhood education, child development, or a related field
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements; Finger print LIVE SCAN, CPR/FA, Medical Certificate/TB test, Mandated Reporter training, COVID-19 vaccine

The electrical design team is responsible to create state of the art power distribution system to support main factory infrastructure and as well as manufacturing tool equipment. This position is for a full time, on-site.</p><ul><li><p>Ultimate system owner for electrical equipment and material specification</p></li><li><p>Review conceptual design from junior engineers and identify technical and financial risks. Suggest alternative solution which mitigates risks</p></li><li><p>Lead front-end electrical design and review/stamp following electrical deliverables: Single line diagram, Panel schedule, Grounding drawing, Underground conduit drawing, Power plan, Lighting layout, Area classification drawing</p></li><li><p>Responsible to review electrical deliverables with respect to code compliances and ensure every design maintains the highest level of quality</p></li><li><p>Simulate and analyze electrical engineering study (short circuit study, load flow analysis, arc flash study)</p></li><li><p>Breaker settings</p></li><li><p>Develop and improve project workflows and standards to ensure each design is consistently excellent</p></li><li><p>Participate in on-field construction and commissioning activities by serving as the point of contact for technical questions and real-time issue resolution</p></li><li><p>Interface with external EPC firms during bid and project execution phases as needed to ensure that design and specifications meet out Engineering Standards</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or higher</p></li><li><p>8+ years work experience in heavy commercial and industrial sector (manufacturing, datacenter, hospital, campus, etc)</p></li><li><p>Promote and protect Tesla's reputation as a cutting-edge company producing the world's most exciting cars and shifting the paradigm of personal transportation worldwide</p></li><li><p>Desire to do the impossible with a positive and professional &quot;never say die&quot; attitude</p></li><li><p>Strong desire to be a part of a world class team focused on achieving amazing results</p></li><li><p>Proficient to NEC/CEC requirement/exceptions</p></li><li><p>At minimum, two historical projects acting as Engineer of Record (EOR)</p></li><li><p>Performed electrical engineering study &amp; breaker settings (EasyPower, SKM, ETAP)</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate clearly and interface at an executive level</p></li><li><p>Registered as a CA Professional Engineer (PE)</p></li></ul><p>Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
