Requirements / Qualifications

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be:

Experience:

One year of professional experience working with groups of children. Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by training or coursework in child growth and development, recreation or a closely related field

Comments and Other Information

Free afternoon childcare can be provided for TK-Grade 8 ESD children of Child Care employees. This no cost care is available during the employee's work hours.

Bonus may be available to eligible employees. Job Posting is subject to close at the District's discretion. Applicants who do not have a child care test on file will be invited to testing.

Upon offer of employment, individuals will need to complete an application for a criminal background clearance through the Department of Justice. Authorization to employ cannot be granted according to state law until the criminal background clearance from DOJ/FBI has been received.
