Child Care Assistant Supervisor Salary $19.00 per hour Hours - Part-time, Monday to Friday. The hours range from 17.5-22.5 depending on the program location. All of our Child Care programs are licensed through the State of NJ, Office of Licensing Department of Children and Families and follow high quality standards.

Position Assistant Supervisor position is a great stepping stone opportunity for those in the field of education, social work, child psychology and related fields. If you succeed, we succeed Description Assist with delivery of a quality before and/or afterschool program that complies with all NJ Office of Licensing and Child Care Division requirements.

Assist in supervising staff in a supportive and professional manner. Encourage personal growth and character development in children while strengthening their social, academic and physical skills. Maintain positive relationships through effective communication with children, parents, staff, supervisor and host school principal and staff.

Attend staff meetings, supervision and professional development trainings. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or CDA certification preferred 1 year experience working with children a must. Supervisory experience is a plus.
