Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required with educational plan to complete bachelor's degree; Bachelor's degree highly preferred At least three years of professional child care teaching experience required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required Contribute to the creation of a safe, nurturing environment where children foster their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop strong, positive relationships.
