We are looking for a "big-picture" thinker and a guru of all things technology-related! The ideal candidate is a true leader and has a thorough understanding of cyber security strategies, developing technology infrastructure and roadmaps and systems and application development and administration. We need a CTO who embodies our company culture and embraces and lives by our company core values.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead, manage, train and hold employees accountable
  • Develop and manage cyber security strategies, policies and procedures; manage security events
  • Manage and maintain strategic direction for IT infrastructure: hardware maintenance and migration, business continuity, data centers / hosting, networks and telecommunications, desktops and devices, helpdesk services, information security and shared applications
  • Oversee data management: planning and implementation, governance
  • Application development: develop and execute technical roadmaps for new technologies and architectures including end-to-end implementations
  • Develop and execute technology roadmap: deploy strategies to introduce new technology, increase automation and establish efficiencies throughout the organization

Other Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate key industry, technology trends and provide thought leadership to the enterprise while ensuring the IT team is engaged on current trends and developments.
  • Develop and coordinate effective disaster recovery policies and standards to align with enterprise business continuity program goals. Coordinate the development of implementation plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security event.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative, supportive, open and professional working relationships with executives, management, and team members and clients.
  • Lead strategic vendor and partner relationships.
  • Study and continuously learn about the industry, products, competitors and customers.
  • Set clear priorities and goals and manage to them.
  • Invest in the professional development of your direct reports and all members of your organization.
  • Develop and manage to annual and quarterly budgets


  • Required:
    • Master's degree in technology-related field
    • 15 years of experience in technology leadership
    • Strong business acumen
    • Comfort with cloud, hybrid cloud and on-prem environment
    • High level of personal integrity with sensitivity to professionally handle confidential matters with judgment.
  • Preferred:
    • Industry or technical certification
