Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive and actionable strategic plans that are in full alignment with the overall company objectives and vision.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the executive team to thoroughly evaluate existing business processes and identify areas that can be improved for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in order to proactively identify potential challenges and uncover new business opportunities.
• Lead and facilitate change initiatives across the organization, providing guidance and support to teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Forge strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with various departments, ensuring all activities and initiatives are in complete alignment with the strategic goals and long-term vision of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
• An MBA would be a plus, as it demonstrates advanced knowledge and expertise in business and management.
• Proven experience in a strategic planning or business development role.
• In-depth understanding of market analysis and competitive dynamics, allowing for informed decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to measure and improve business outcomes.
