The Chief Radiology Technologist supervises personnel in the Women's Center radiology and ultrasound to meet the imaging needs of the patient and staff. Performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures that will require independent judgement, with ingenuity and initiative. The Chief Radiologic Technologist will take part in the departmental performance improvement program along with MQSA, and PACS quality control.
Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology AMA approved school required.
New York State Radiologic Technologist license required.
ARRT required in.
Five years experience as a Mammography Technologist and possess supervisory skills determined to be adequate by the manager of the Women's Center.
